High-end CNC system for safe and high-precision machining

FAMCG series equipped Siemens high-end five-axis linkage CNC system as standard,
which improves the performance of the machine center. In addition, Heidenhain
TNC640 is also optional for customers to choose

Bed structure

• Adopt viaduct gantry frame structure, with excellent mechanical properties, high rigidity, symmetrical structure, good stability, excellent vibration resistance and thermal deformation resistance
• All cast structural parts are made of HT300 and QT600 cast iron with good anti-vibration and damping effect.
• All castings are treated by high temperature tempering and aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, which ensures the high rigidity, high vibration resistance and long-term stability of mechanical accuracy of the machine tool
• Y-axis double screw drive, with DD cradle turntable to form 5-axis linkage, to ensure high dynamic characteristics

Linear axis (X/Y/Z)

• Each linear feed shaft is made of German Schneider (or equivalent brand) precision roller line rail, automatic lubrication system, Japanese THK (or NSK) precision ball screw and servo motor, with good positioning accuracy and repeatability.

Raster (X/Y/Z/)

• All axes are equipped with Heidenhain grating ruler, and the linear axis grating ruler is equipped with compressed air dustproof and water vapor protection device, which is combined with the numerical control system to form a full closed-loop control.

Electric spindle

• Equipped with Swiss IBAG high-performance electric spindle, the maximum speed can reach 17000 rpm, and the maximum torque can reach 94N.m

Tool magazine

• Adopt horizontal servo chain tool magazine, automatic picking tool changing mode, compact structure, space saving, quick picking tool changing (tool setting time is 8 ~ 10 seconds)
• The capacity of the tool magazine is 32, the maximum tool diameter can reach φ120mm, and the maximum tool weight can reach 8kg.
• The tool magazine chain has a unique design. The tool magazine chain is driven by a servo motor, which makes the tool move to the exchange position quickly, smoothly and smoothly.
• The tool can be brought into position quickly and efficiently, while avoiding vibrations that adversely affect the milling process.

Automatic lubrication system

• The Buyer shall arrange 2-4 persons to go to the Seller's factory for 5-day equipment pre-acceptance and training, including programming and operation;
• The geometric accuracy, rotation axis/linear axis positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of the machine tool shall be accepted according to the ex-factory Certificate of Conformity drafted by the Seller according to DIN, VDI/DGQ3441 and other standards. The acceptance shall be conducted in the place of the Seller, and the Seller shall notify the Buyer at that time, and the Buyer shall send a representative to the Seller to participate in the acceptance. The Seller shall provide the processing test piece, cutting tool, drawing and process, and the processing of the test piece may be included in the pre-acceptance. All measuring and inspecting instruments, instruments and meters of the Seller shall be within the calibration period. The Seller shall provide the first valid verification/calibration certificate above the provincial level, including the requirements for the equipment accuracy, instruments, meters and other test items (items that cannot be tested by the Company). Other acceptance items shall be accepted according to the acceptance standards in the technical agreement signed by both parties.
• Specimen of processing technology: the Buyer shall provide drawings and processing materials, provide drawings within one month after the contract is signed, provide specimens within three months, and accept them according to the technical conditions of the drawings.
• Provide equipment quality certificate, packing list and other documents.
• Pre-acceptance process: the pre-acceptance and training of the equipment shall be conducted in the Seller's factory. After the completion of the test and acceptance of the geometric accuracy and positioning/repeated positioning accuracy of the machine tool, the acceptance of the scope of supply, the qualified standard of the processing process test piece, the actual operation and programming training, etc. The goods can be delivered only after the pre-acceptance is qualified and both parties sign for approval;
• Upon completion of the above work, both parties shall sign the pre-acceptance report.

• Final acceptance standard: subject to the acceptance standard in the technical agreement signed by both parties. When the Seller arrives at the Buyer for installation and commissioning, the final acceptance shall be carried out according to the items in the Certificate of Conformity.
• During the final acceptance, the expenses of the Seller's technical personnel shall be borne by the Seller, and the training effect shall be that the Buyer's personnel can normally use the equipment. Later, if the customer has other special service requirements, the cost can be negotiated separately.
• Final acceptance process:
• Counting of goods and documents: the Buyer and the Seller shall jointly open the box at the site and count the goods and documents according to the list;
• The Seller shall be responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment (the labor, quantity and instruments required for the installation and commissioning shall be provided by the Seller);
• Specimen for processing technology: the Buyer shall provide drawings and processing materials;
• Acceptance of training items
• After the equipment commissioning is completed, the training mode of combining theory with practical operation shall be adopted, and the training shall be divided into two times of primary and advanced training;
• Primary training: train the operators for 10 days by combining theory with practical operation to ensure that two operators can operate the equipment and analyze and process data completely independently. Train the maintenance personnel for 2 days to ensure that they can analyze and troubleshoot common faults;
• Advanced training: 2 months after the acceptance of the equipment, the Seller shall provide free training for 2 days for the operators at the Buyer's site, mainly focusing on practical operation, theory, equipment software and hardware problem answering and more targeted advanced application training.
• After the completion of the above work (training refers to the completion of primary training), both parties shall sign the final acceptance report.

• From the date of final acceptance of the machine tool, the Seller shall provide three guarantees for the product. The warranty period for the mechanical part is 1 year, and the warranty period for the electrical part is 2 years. The product shall be repaired free of charge during the warranty period, and the warranty period for the parts replaced during the warranty period shall be extended accordingly. (Except for damages and losses due to the Buyer's own reasons).
• It is specially pointed out that if the machine tool is not installed and debugged due to the Buyer's reasons within 15 months after the arrival of the Buyer, the warranty period will expire, and the Seller will no longer provide free installation, debugging and maintenance.
• During the warranty period of the equipment, if the machine tool has a fault, after receiving the user's information, if the cause of the fault and the treatment measures can be accurately judged, the reply shall be given immediately. If the reply cannot be given immediately, the reply shall be given within 24 hours. If the fault cannot be removed, the technicians shall be sent to the site within 48 hours to deal with it.
• After the expiration of the warranty period of the equipment, the Buyer shall be guaranteed to provide the Buyer with preferential spare parts supply, maintenance service and technical support for the equipment purchased by the Buyer.
• In case of quality problems due to equipment design or manufacturing defects during the warranty period, the warranty period shall be extended accordingly from the date when the equipment quality problems are solved.

• The Seller shall provide the packaging required for the goods, and the packaging shall be in accordance with the requirements of JB/T8356.1-96.
• The Seller shall transport the goods to the final destination, and bear the responsibility for the corrosion, damage and loss of the goods caused by improper packaging or other protective measures and the expenses incurred.

• Before delivery, the Seller shall provide the Buyer with the equipment foundation drawing and the requirements for the site and environment (such as ground bearing, indoor building preset requirements, machine position foundation requirements, applicable temperature, humidity, power supply standards, etc.), and the Buyer shall be responsible for the equipment foundation construction (including civil engineering and pit cover plate) and secondary grouting, and lead the equipment power supply to the master switch position;
• The Seller shall be responsible for the installation and commissioning of the equipment. Within 3 days after receiving the written notice from the Buyer, the Seller shall send the installation and commissioning personnel to the Buyer's site to start the installation and commissioning;
• Sizing blocks, special tools, instruments, etc. required for equipment installation and commissioning shall be provided by the Seller. The Buyer shall provide general tools, lifting equipment and other tools and equipment free of charge. The Buyer shall provide hydraulic oil and lubricating oil for machine tool commissioning.

• The Device does not install covert devices, modules or other malicious software.
• The equipment is not equipped with wireless data transmission modules such as Bluetooth, wireless, infrared and positioning modules or remote maintenance communication modules.
