LİVAMACH hydraulic press is welded with high quality Q235 steel plate, and can be customized according to customer requirements for different table size, opening height and stroke. For different tonnage, the machine body adopts built-in reinforcement design to enhance the rigidity and strength of the machine itself and improve the stability and service life of the equipment. Through experienced welders or robotic welding, all welds meet international standards, not only for aesthetics but also to enhance the overall stability of the body.
MACHINING PROCESS
The machining process can handle large workpieces due to their overhead structure and extended range of movement. It can be automated and integrated with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology, enabling efficient and consistent production to perform a wide range of machining tasks, including milling, drilling, cutting, and trimming.
OIL CYLINDER
The hydraulic cylinder, as a link between hydraulic control and the machine, is suitable for use in many areas of industry. All of our manufactured cylinders are designed with the aid of computer-generated calculations and drawings and are manufactured in our dedicated factory. The hydraulic cylinders will be coated with chrome which can protect the piston rod surface for a longer lifetime with a shiny outlook.

LIGHT CURTAIN *
Light curtains can immediately send a signal to trigger the hydraulic press to stop or slow down to avoid potential dangers to ensure the safety of the operator by transmitting and receiving optical signals to monitor whether people are entering or approaching the rear area.
SAFETY VALVE *
Automatically open when system pressure exceeds a set limit to release excess pressure, thereby preventing equipment damage or operational accidents due to overpressure. AFTER SALES SERVICE
The warranty period is 36 months after receiving the machine; any quick-wear part is available for free during the guarantee period under proper operation, customers only need to pay for the freight of the replaced new parts. Installation and training services are optional for customers, any client can ask for this service from HARSLE, and they should assume the airfare and accommodation for our engineer during the journey. The salary for each engineer is USD300 per day.
