Hydraulic workshop press ideal for various processes, including straightening sheet metal, for assembling and dismantling bearings, bolts, washers, for carrying out molding or material deformation work.

The structure of the press is made of fully welded milled steel and this allows the machine to absorb even the highest pressures. The HWPNC hydraulic press is perfectly suited for intensive use in maintenance and repair workshops or even in industry.

The large front opening allows you to easily place long or wide pieces.
The work surface of the HWPNC hydraulic workshop press is hollow and this allows processing of the material at height. The work support surface is available as optional equipment.

The HWPNC press is equipped with a two-speed control unit which is activated by means of the simultaneous use of the lever and the button, as required by current CE safety regulations and the cylinder has a stroke of 500mm and a maximum speed of 29mm /sec.
The lifting of the work platform occurs via a chain to be connected to the hydraulic cylinder and the blocking of the work surface is carried out using steel tubes, which eliminate any unwanted movements.

The HWPNC hydraulic workshop press is also available with a transversal moving cylinder with manual control. This function is very useful because it allows you to move the cylinder sideways and then lower it to the exact point of the sheet you want to work on, without having to move the metal piece.

The HWPNC hydraulic press machine is supplied as standard from 20 to 200 tons.

Maximum Pressure Valve

As a safety measure to guarantee the operator's safety and to safeguard the machine, a maximum pressure valve is installed inside the hydraulic control unit on all hydraulic presses produced by LIVAMACH.

The maximum pressure valve has the function of regulating the maximum pressure in the hydraulic circuit.

It is used to protect the pump and the other components of the system from excessive pressure and therefore to keep the level inside the hydraulic circuit constant.

It is a normally closed valve capable of opening when a predetermined pressure is reached and discharging the flow rate necessary to keep the circuit pressurized.

In fact, in the event of a malfunction of the hydraulic circuit, this safety valve prevents an excessive quantity of oil from reaching the cylinder, thus preventing the risk of overpressure.

Metal Blocks

All hydraulic workshop presses that have a moving floor are equipped with metal blocks as a safety measure.

These metal blocks are positioned at the bottom end of the press and are completely welded to the machine structure.

Their function is to protect the operator's feet from any accidental fall of the work table.

In fact, these mechanical blocks prevent the work table from touching the lower part of the table and thus leave a safety space for the user's feet, preventing them from being crushed.

Lever Protection

As a safety measure, the operating lever is protected by a metal guard.

This measure is used to ensure that the lever can only be moved with the use of the fingertips and that it cannot therefore be operated through an involuntary impact or a fall of the operator.

Furthermore, as a further form of safety, the operation of LIVAMACH presses requires that the lever, when pushed forward, raises the cylinder, while if it is pushed towards the operator, the cylinder descends.

This means that even in the event of the operator accidentally falling and involuntarily hitting the lever, the latter would be pushed forward and raise the cylinder and not the other way around.

In fact it is clear that only the descent of the cylinder is dangerous, while its ascent never involves risks for the user.

Anchoring Electrical Cables

The tubes for the passage of the electrical cables are anchored to the press frame by means of special collars.

Unlike many competitors who use simple plastic ties that are destined to dry out and break quickly, these collars are made of highly resistant material and are screwed to the structure of the press.

Anchoring Hydraulic Pipes

As a safety measure, the hydraulic hoses of all the presses produced by LIVAMACH are firmly fixed to the machine frame using special collars which prevent any movement of the hydraulic hose.

These collars have the base welded to the frame, while the upper part is screwed.

Stopflex Anchor

All the presses produced by LIVAMACH include safety systems for anchoring the hydraulic pipes.

In fact, the force released by a flexible hose under pressure, in the event of the fitting slipping out, would be very dangerous for things or people nearby.

It is for this reason that the hydraulic tubes of all the presses produced by LIVAMACH are fixed using the Stopflex retention system, which was designed to stop the stroke of the pulled tube and prevent the force released inside it from triggering a fearful " whip effect” and at the same time flood the working environment with hydraulic oil.

Thanks to this system, in fact, the flexible hose is anchored to the system via a rope, thus guaranteeing full protection of the operators and the protection of the press and the workshop.

Current Transformer

The press works with a three-phase electrical system with a 400V power supply.

As a safety measure there is a transformer inside the electrical panel which reduces the current from 400V up to 24V, that is, up to a voltage that is not dangerous for human health.

In fact, in the event of a system malfunction, the current could propagate to the electrical panel, with the risk that the operator could suffer an electric shock when he presses one of the buttons on it.

Cylinder Limit Switches

Cylinder limit switches are sensors that monitor and report the extreme position of the cylinder during its movement. Their function is to ensure accurate and safe control of the pressing process.

As the cylinder approaches its final position, end-of-stroke sensors detect the stopping point and send a signal to the press control system. This signal can be used to stop cylinder movement, avoiding overpressure or material or machine damage. Additionally, sensors can be configured to automatically initiate the return of the cylinder to its home position, contributing to process efficiency.

Pair of V-shaped Prisms

The pair of V-shaped prisms has the function of supporting the metal piece to be worked and is fixed to the work surface of the hydraulic press.

They are usually used for straightening and bending of tubes, rods or metal profiles within mechanical workshops.

The V-shaped prisms are made of painted raw iron and are milled at the support point.

Stem Anti-Rotation Device

The anti-rotation device of the cylinder rod is a safety system which prevents twisting of the rod and therefore serves to keep any molds fixed to the cylinder in line.

This system is a sort of metal jaw with two holes: the stem is inserted inside the larger hole, while the guide rod slides through the smaller hole.

Metal Support Plate

The metal work support plate is used to comfortably position the piece that needs to be machined.

It is positioned on the platform of the hydraulic press and is supplied with mechanical fixing blocks.

It is available in various sizes depending on the tonnage and dimensions of the workshop press on which it must be installed.

This support plate is characterized by its high thickness, which guarantees excellent resistance to the strong pressure exerted by the cylinder during the pressing phases and therefore prevents the plate itself from deforming.
